In this initial phase, data and information are gathered and analysed to understand the relevant context. Using both qualitative and quantitative methods—such as workshops, interviews, and market analysis—needs, opportunities, and challenges are identified. This process lays the groundwork for a thoughtful and targeted design.

Building on the insights gained, the process evolves towards ideation by generating creative proposals and innovative solutions. Through brainstorming sessions and sketching, multiple interpretations of the concept are explored, transforming abstract ideas into preliminary design concepts. This approach creates a seamless bridge between research and development.

The concept is refined through digital and physical prototyping. Using advanced tools such as 3D modeling, printing, and wireframing, the design takes on a tangible form, also thanks to the choice of materials. This phase allows for testing solutions and validating their effectiveness, ensuring a harmonious balance between aesthetics and functionality.

At this stage, the project takes shape through the definition of structural and functional details. For the physical aspect, CAD technical drawings and exploded views are developed to optimise production. On the digital side, the focus is on interactive prototyping, including wireframing, UI testing, and user experience analysis. This process verifies ergonomics, usability, and integration, preparing the product for industrialisation.

In this phase, the entire production and launch process is managed, working with selected suppliers to ensure quality and consistency with the developed concept. At the same time, the presentation and introduction of the project to the market are carefully planned, identifying the most effective way to communicate the product and experience to the end user, ensuring a clear and intuitive interaction.
