NATIONAL INNOVATION AWARD

The prestigious National Award for Innovation “Premio dei Premi” was established with the decree of the President of the Council of Ministers on April 7th, 2008, which was granted by the President of the Italian Republic, at the COTEC Foundation in honor of the National Day of Innovation.

The objective of the Award is to annually recognize and highlight the most relevant achievements of the innovation capacity of companies, universities, public administrations, and individual inventors in order to favor cultural growth of innovation in Italy.

The Award consists of an acknowledgment of advanced innovations, identified among those annually awarded in national competitions which are organized in the sectors of industry and services, design, university, public administration and the tertiary sector.
