The Project
Technological Heart
“Al Volo” is a small ice-cream display unit created for shops, concept stores, flagship stores, and transition spaces where, unexpectedly, one can find quality ice-cream. It is one of the flagships of the “Made in Italy” products.
Composed of a refrigerating module and a display window which proudly exhibits the various flavors, the product invites people to approach and taste. Its design accentuates a correct use of materials and the top quality of the micro-display window, which can be used also for pastry products, since the temperature of the display chamber can be adjusted as desired.
The Process
Careful Study of Ergonomics
Created both for the user, with its careful study of ergonomics, and for the viewer, with its tilting trays, which allow for a better view of the delicious contents.
The chamber opening allows for easy and optimal cleaning, combining all its details to make “Al Volo” a product of prestige and great visibility.
